Grew up in Duluth, Minnesota 
Has been on shows like "Greek," Ghost Whisperer, CSI: NY, Nip/Tuck, The Lyon's Den, Star Trek Enterprise, The X-Files, 7th Heaven, The Secret World of Alex Mack, Popular, and Providence.
He has been in films such as HellBent, Mercury Rising and Pumpkin. 
He has been seen in commercials like for Wendys, McDonald's, Burger King, Dr. Pepper, and T-Mobile. and best known as the 'beefy boy' in 11 commercials for Chef Boyardee, he said "mmm... beefy!"
