Steve Cirbus was born and raised in western New York and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in theater from Buffalo State College and was awarded a scholarship to attend Ohio University where he earned a Master of Fine Arts in Acting.
He plays Sergei Mirminski in Adult Swim's "Delocated."
Having done various projects, he gained notice from NBC and was asked to play a guest role on Law and Order: Criminal Intent. In 2004 he brought his idea for Beat, about a bare knuckled prize fighter, to Fade To Black Films to produce it.
He has been in the movie Salt and the shows Mercy, Kings, The Good Wives, Law & Order, The Kill Point, Guiding Light, and One Life to Live.
He wrote, acted, directed, edited and composed for Darwin's Privy (a short) and wrote and played Terry in Beat (a short).
